This is Amanda Vargas, who is a great example of overcoming and change. Like many people, Amanda had been accustomed to her physical appearance, despite her open disagreement with some aspects. The start of great change
As head nurse who is, Amanda presented an interview at a prestigious clinic in cosmetic surgery. She was not chosen and instead they picked another woman that was more striking. Sometime after the selected woman was removed from office and Amanda was called to replace her. Once she showed her skills, Amanda received a proposal that gave a total turnaround to her live.
Change
The proposal was to agree to undergo a series of plastic surgeries in exchange, she would be the image of an advertising campaign. Amanda did not think much. He knew well the reputation and professionalism of those involved. The medical team was composed of: Dr. Carlos Mejia, Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Francy Knudson, maxillofacial surgeon, and Dr. Carlos Egas and implant dentists Dr. Miguel Castro.

Bone remodeling of the orbit of the eyes, rejuvenation of the midface, lifting the eyebrows, wrinkle removal of the breast (the corrugated neurotomía), removing excess of skin of the upper eyelid (Blepharoplasty top), partial removal of pockets of the eyes (lower Blepharoplasty), prosthetic chin, nose surgery, surgery of the ears, increased breast liposuction in abdomen, back and hips, fat grafts to the buttocks.
And the dental work consisted of:
Placement of 5 implants with no teeth, single crowns on implants, endodontic treatment, smile design, whitening, and change of things.
4 months after
Four months later, while she was looking at a mirror, Amanda refused to accept this beautiful woman who looked in the mirror, she was. Now viewed with more expressive eyes, a thin nose, a smooth chin with his face, a complete denture, couple, shining, a perfect smile, a well formed and firm waist and bust.

Today, Amanda is another person, but retains her essence. She feels that despite all her life she have been a person sure of herself, which is currently experiencing a real interior renovation.
